This site is published by the micro-enterprise of Théo Piveteau (SIRET 97951458500012), founded and domiciled in France. The terms "I", "me", "my" refer to the micro-enterprise operating this site at theo-piveteau.com.

By visiting this site or purchasing one of my services, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and Use. These conditions apply to all users, whether they are simple visitors, customers or partners.

 

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These GTC govern the sale of digital services (Shopify store creation, Make.com automations, SEO, etc.) offered on this site. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

 

ARTICLE 2 – TERMS OF USE

By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You are prohibited from using my services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

 

ARTICLE 3 – CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices may change at any time without notice. The prices in effect at the time of the order apply. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service without prior notice.

 

ARTICLE 4 – SERVICES AND DELIVERY

Services are delivered electronically only (email, access, or integration on Shopify). Details of the services (content, deadlines, options) are specified on each product sheet. Any deadline is indicative but respected as far as possible.

 

ARTICLE 5 – ORDER AND PAYMENT

Payments are made via the secure platforms integrated with Shopify. No order is taken into account without payment validation. An invoice is automatically issued for each purchase.

 

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the 14-day period. For services not yet started, you can contact me by email at: theo-piveteau@outlook.fr

 

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

I cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, loss of income or damage resulting from the use of my services. You are responsible for the use you make of the deliverables provided.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content produced as part of a service is transferred to you for commercial use unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction of my content is prohibited.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
